To access the full range of ok baze services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. This includes, at a minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, active Bangladeshi mobile number, and preferred payment method. You agree that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and that you will promptly update your account details if any information changes.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the ok baze Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same email address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. ok baze employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts and reserves the right to close any or all accounts identified as duplicates at its sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ok baze will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact ok baze support immediately at [email protected] so that remedial action can be taken.

ok baze may require additional identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any stage of the player relationship, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when there is a reason to verify account ownership. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending document review.

All financial transactions on the ok baze Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ok baze does not apply currency conversion charges on deposits or withdrawals made via Bangladeshi payment methods. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account wallet, and the amount you request to withdraw is the amount dispatched to your nominated payment method subject to any applicable bonus wagering conditions.

A bet is confirmed and binding once you have received an on-screen confirmation from the Platform stating that the bet has been accepted. ok baze reserves the right to reject any bet prior to confirmation if the odds displayed were subject to a pricing error, if the event in question has already commenced, or if the bet triggers a risk management review. In such cases, any funds deducted from your wallet in relation to the rejected bet will be returned immediately.

ok baze is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities where applicable under Bangladeshi law.

ok baze reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms; suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period; identification of a duplicate account; or detection of conduct that ok baze reasonably considers to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ok baze will notify the player by email and will aim to complete the investigation within a reasonable timeframe. During a suspension, the player will not be able to deposit, place bets, or request withdrawals. If the investigation concludes with no findings of wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated and any funds held during the suspension will be released. If wrongdoing is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their own account — whether for personal reasons or as a responsible gaming measure — may do so by contacting ok baze support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, ok baze will process any eligible withdrawal of real-money balance to the player's nominated payment method before deactivating the account. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will not be paid out.
